Painting Bliss

I have been on a painting whirlwind.... I have been digging deep down and been expressing myself creatively, and enjoying every minute of it! I have been a creating Tasmanian devil, lol... am laughing at the picture that just blew up in my mind after that last sentence...

Unleashing my creative self is always a fulfilling and rewarding experience, where for me, it is more about the journey, then the outcome - though I love it when I dig the outcome!!

Here are just a few snippets of what I have been working on :

What creative things have you been working on?

Thank you Kasie, that's very kind of you to say :)
Thanx Sonia for stopping by :)
Kristen, you come up with some of the best discussions in the community, perhaps pen and paper (or keyboard) is your craft!

Is that a dragonfly? Love it :)

I paint sometimes and was working on a collage recently, but mostly I'm trying to get my writing together and make my zine happen!
This piece is beautiful. There is a lot of emotion involved and the colors dance in front of the viewers eyes. It feels raw and natural. Thanks for sharing! Stop by my page: Cleverlychanging.com and follow me on twitter: Cleverlychangin

Woah, I looove your color scheme!! Creating is all good and you do it well!
I've usually got quilt projects on the go - little UFOs (unfinished objects) here and there. Currently I have a stained glass quilt in process - a heralding angel - as well as a couple of more traditional quilts.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I LOVE YOUR CREATIVE ART! :D

My projects have consisted of being an encouragement to a friend in need (I'm a secret counselor/pshchologist :), helping a friend at her Cafe, and helping my husband with the family business. And on Thursdays... helping others to do their Genealogy. There is still so much to do, and I'm tired. But happy. :D

I want to come play with you and all that color!! :>:>

As I type this, I am being stared down by a canvas that only has its background painted. Its giving me the evil eye...seriously. Its calling me and taunting me and begging me to come back to it. I see the picture in my head, now to get it from my head to my hands to a brush to the paint to the canvas!

And on my dining table is a painted composition book waiting to be completed (at least this one hasn't been waiting long...just painted it yesterday!).

So happy I stopped by.....seriously loving all that fun, playful, COLOR! :>
